We love credit card sized tools. In fact, we posted a whole list of credit card sized and small-sized tools that fit nicely into a wallet. However, the Survco Tactical Credit Card Ax is probably one of the more interesting credit card tool that we have come across. Not only does it have a grand total of 21 different functions, but with the help of a makeshift handle plus a few zip ties, you can turn it into a very usable ax.
The only varied uses for the Survco Tactical Credit Card Ax include using it as a knife, scraper, skinner, shovel, arrow (the tool comes with an arrow head), spear, saw, seat belt cutter, water valve wrench, gas valve wrench, nail puller, 1/4″ socket, 3/8″ socket, 7/16″ wrench, flat head screwdriver and of course, the must-have bottle opener.
Don’t expect it to work as well as a heavy-duty ax but considering the amount of space the Credit Card Ax takes up, think of the amount of space and weight that you can save. All its functions work rather well but perhaps getting the job done may take a little longer compared to a dedicated tool. We think it is something that most people can live with.
