You can probably tell that we here at GetdatGadget love the kitchen gadgets coming from Joseph Joseph, the masters of form and function. This time, it is a small handy peeler that does much more than peelers twice its size. The Joseph Joseph Switch Twin Blade Peeler has a twin blades on either sides of the peeler.
The beauty of the design is that each blade is safely hidden inside a rubber grip. Just gently pull and flip the blade over and you have access to one of 2 different types of stainless steel cutting blades. One standard blade and the other for making julienne cuts. As usual, Joseph Joseph really thinks of everything as they even included a handy potato-eye remover.
For cleaning, just expose both blades of the Switch Twin Blade Peeler and leave it in the dishwasher. Couldn’t be easier.
