The Herb Mill is just as well designed. All you have to do is to place the herbs like parsley, cilantro, dill, sage and mint into the mill, then just twist the handle. The patented dual-action stainless-steel scissor blades does a great job of chopping up the herbs finely with a fraction of the time and effort needed compared with doing it with a knife or scissors.
